    Game: Mass Effect

When you consider the entirety of space, all you really can fathom is that empty horizon blanketed roughly with stars spanning millions of light years away. The deeper you go, the more alone you feel, and sooner or later you become engulfed into space’s overall blackness.

    Book: Matched

Matched is one of the many recently published dystopian young adult novels following the success of The Hunger Games. The exciting part about discovering a new dystopian novel is, of course, to find out what kind of world the characters live in.

    Book: The Graveyard Book

What I love about this story is that it's honest. The feelings are true. The book is very fascinating when it comes to capturing each moment and experience of Bod's, and it makes you feel as if you're INSIDE the story.

    Movie: Willow

I highly recommend this movie. It feels different from modern-day high-tech movies, but that's one of the things I like about it! And the music, oh, it's great! I'm giving the movie 3.5 stars out of 5 (which is a lot of stars coming from me). Make sure to watch it, if you can find it!

    Book: I Am Number Four

John Smith has probably lived in more places than you ever will in your life. Never staying longer than nine months in any one area, he and his Cêpan (think Keeper/Guardian) Henri have traveled all over the United States in search of small towns to live in- and for good reason.

    TV: Doctor Who

To fully understand what's going on with "New Who" I suppose one ought to watch from Season 1, however it is possible to simply start from Season 5 where the Eleventh Doctor, Matt Smith, began. I'd highly recommend the show to anyone of any age - even people aren't huge sci-fi fans can enjoy the show.
